Aevia: Life OS
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 28, 2026
Overview
Aevia is a personal planning and focus app. This policy describes the current release build. Aevia is designed around a local-first approach for its core planning experience.
Planning data
Tasks, goals, planned blocks, focus sessions, and related app data are stored locally on your device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
Calendar data
If you grant Calendar access, Aevia may read calendar information to understand your schedule and protect fixed commitments during planning. External Calendar events are treated as read-only inside Aevia.
Health data
If you grant access to supported Health data, Aevia reads sleep measurements on your device to provide planning context and energy-related insights. Aevia does not write Health data. Missing Health data is treated as unavailable rather than as zero.
Health data is not sent to cloud AI providers in the current release build.
Cloud AI
Cloud GPT and Claude functionality are disabled in the current release build. The app blocks requests to those cloud AI providers in this release.
Voice input
Optional voice input uses the microphone and on-device speech recognition on supported iPhones. Aevia does not send your voice recordings or transcripts to cloud AI providers in this release.
Tracking and analytics
The current app does not include advertising, tracking, or remote analytics. Planning, Calendar, and sleep data are processed on your device and are not collected by an Aevia server.
Accounts
The current release does not require an account for its core functionality. If a future version adds accounts, cloud sync, analytics, or cloud AI features, this policy and the related App Store privacy disclosures will be updated to reflect those changes.
Permissions
Calendar, Health, microphone, and speech permissions are optional. You can decline them and continue using the core planning features. You can change granted permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when Aevia changes how features or data are handled. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the latest version.
Contact
For privacy questions or support, please use the Aevia support page. Support requests use GitHub Issues, a separate service governed by GitHub’s privacy policy. Information you choose to post in a public support issue is visible publicly; please do not include Health measurements or private Calendar details.
